I am a historian of Indigenous and Canadian histories. My academic work focuses on storied places where Indigenous and Canadian histories meet.

I have nine years of university teaching experience, seven years combined experience as a copy editor and writing tutor, and fifteen years of research experience.

My degrees are in history, but I have worked with people in all disciplines, from engineering and mathematics, to theatre studies and folklore.
